let you know briefly about our company, that we have developed the Maskless
Ion beam implantation technique using FIB's and have the capabilities to
generate sub-20 nm diffraction grating. We do provide a full line of
services in MEMS, Micromachining, Wet/dry chemical etching, electroplating,
and spincoating. We also sell 3 grades of PMMA developer that is very
sensitive to ion and ebeam exposure and shows excellent resolution. Let us
