Dear colleagues,

we need a used clean-room oven capable to heat up to 450 - 500 C with
precision of 5 C or better.

The oven must have inner dimentions of 50x50x50 cm. (apable to place at
least two 8-inch wafer containers).

It also must be certified to operate in Eurpean Union, i.e. should have a CE
logo (marking).

Does anybody know any supplier of such a ssystem, or maybe somebody is
trying to sell it?
