PDMS surface hydrophobic property

Dear everyone,

I am using a PDMS chip to culture cancer cells. The cancer cell does not like
that material because of it's strong hydrophobic property. Does anybody know how
to change the PDMS surface to hydrophilic?

I tried to use oxygen plasma to treat it but that is just temporary. I need a
permanent change.

Any comments will be highly appreciated.
