I have used polyacrylamide gel with structures below 20um without problems. I
also have SU-8 masters. The gel is hydrophilic. Maybe this works for you as
well?

Hi,

Does anybody use Agar to replace PDMS to mold?
My su-8 master dimension is 20 microns.

When peeling off, it is very difficult for me to get a good pattern.
Now the Agar physical property is not as well as PDMS. I still want to use Agar
material due to is strong hydrophilicity.

Any comments wii be highly appreciated.
