Dear MEMS-community,

 I don’t know if that’s the right topic for this forum but I would like to
try it. Due to the suddenly end of one customers project we have no more
need for some original SOI-wafers in our stock.

 I wonder if there is anybody else who need some SOI-wafers with following
specifications:

Si, <100>, diameter: 150mm, dsp

Device: 100microns, n(Ph) , 1-100Ohmcm

BOX: 400nm

Handle: 350microns, n(Ph), 1-100Ohmcm
