As I recall Shipley discontinued the 1400 series in the early 90s and
replaced it with the 1800 series that is less toxic. I was using
1400-27 (?) and had to switch to S1813.

Subject: [mems-talk] Shipley photoresist

Hello,

I wonder if someone know if old formulations of Shipley photoresists
(Microposit
S-1400-37; 1813 and 1828) are available from Rohm and Hass or from Dow.
I have
checked the web of Dow and it looked like the resists are discontinued.

Thanks in advance.
