Hi
I think the best is to ask a manufacturer for a un-packed sample.
I believe they will foe a class demo.

Subject: [mems-talk] IDecapped MEMS chips for a class demo?

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a decapped MEMS chip for a class
demonstration? It could be any function, accelerometers, pressure sensors,
or just about anything that can be viewed with a microscope. Thanks.
