Hi everyone,

I want to use some polymer for reflow process on devices used in optical
applications. Can anyone suggest a proper polymer which can be easily patterned
and reflowed and can pass Telcordia reliability test, especially 2000h stress
test at 170C? I guess BCB may be a candidate. Anything else worth trying?
