We outsource our Boron Implantation for our lab classes to Leonard J. Kroko in
Tustin, CA. Accepted wafer size is 0 - 4 inches. They are very reasonable; I
think that they charge between $2 to $9 for boron, depending on dosage, with a
minimun charge around $50. They also perform same-day service and turnaround by
FedEx.
