hi everyone,

we are having adhesion problems with gold on Si3N4 with nichrome as the
adhesion layer. the nitride is LPCVD-grown and is about 1 micron thick.
the gold film (200 nm) peels off easily. a similar thing happened with
aluminum as an adhesion layer.

any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
