Dear community,

I am currently investigating in all the different definitions (or attempts)
posed on:
MEMS, MST (both interpretations), Micromachining, Micromechanics,
Microengineering, Micromechatronics.
I would very much appreciate more of these (published definitions preferred)
either as citations or as references.
