Hi, everybody;
I'm working on acoustic transducers with MEMS process and looking for
kind of sealing materials for packaging. I found that kind of black glass
like materials is used effectively to fix and seal the device into
package. It seems that it is poured as liquid then the liquid become
solid. It should be good dielectric materials.

Dose anyone know this kind of sealing materials? If you know or have
experience to use, please let me know the name of this and purchasing info..

Any comments or information about above or other kinds of sealing
materials should be very appreciated.
