Dear MEMS members:

I am Yunhe from Magnetic labs of Physics dept, Univ. of Delaware. Now we
are considering buying at least 50 piece of silicon wafers for
sputtering purpose. Here are some of the specifications:

diameter: 100 mm
P/boron
Orientation <111>
test grade
thickness: about 500 um
polished on one side

We are not care much about the other qualities. so the cheaper the better.
We need to know the price and how long it will be available.
