The following are some wafer manufacturing companies I know of.  I am assuming
you are looking for Si wafers.
1. SEH (Shinetsu Handotai)
2. MEMC
3. Monsanto (~5 yrs ago, I used their wafers for some experiments; not sure if
they are still in that business).

        I would be grateful if someone suggests me about the wafer manufacturing
companies. we are looking out for the odd lots of wafers so that we can
get them for cheap or lesser than the normal price.
