Dear Dr. Walsh,

We use Dupont Photomasks to make our masks and they seem to have the highest
quality and the highest prices. They may however, be good to work with. Our
service representative is Leonard Perry, (512) 310-6105. Another company we
have used and our happy with is Align-Rite, Craig Durgy, 203 577-4020. They
are a bit less expensive.
