There are a number of companies called
"wafer brokers" that take odd lots and
sell it to small guys like you and
me.  You ought to do an altavista
search on wafer brokers to get a complete
list.  Then you can either choose
from their list of stock, or tell them
what you want and let them use their
contacts to find what you need.  I have
used "Silicon Quest" and "International
Wafer Services" among others.
