Does anyone have any first hand experience with the MEMS CAD package called
MEMSCAP?  Is it worth the money?  I'd especially like to hear from anyone
who can compare it with any of the other packages, such as MEMCAD, Tanner
Tools, Intellisuite.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
