Hi,

I want to design a vertical mirror to reflect the laser by directly using SU8
after sputter gold on its vertical sides, or electroplate using SU8 mold.

Would you please tell me the flatness or planeness of its vertical sides,
and do you know if someone else have using SU8 to do so?
