Dear Madams and Sirs

The San Diego State University SDSU is offering it's first course on
MEMS this fall. By now, we've only got a probe station and we're looking
for some micromechanical devices to probe on this station for
demonstrational resons. We're especially interested in a device that
does some mechanical action when a voltage is applied, like
micromirrors, micromotors, combdrives etc. and we want to watch the
action with a microscope. How can we have access to such devices for a
low price ?

Thank you very much for your help.

With best regards

Markus Reichardt
