I'm trying to solve a thermal-mismatch problem between two parts,
consisting of Pyrex glass and aluminium-ceramik(al2o3) by bonding them

Could someone give me hints on which adhesive would be suitable?
Thank you in advance.

Regarding your posting,

It would be very helpful to detail the environmental conditions (peak
temperature, operating temp, times, chemical exposures, etc) you wish the
assembly to endure.

Any strength requirements?

Any particular outgassing constraints?

The size of your assembly would also be of value.

Silicones (RTV or heat cure) or acrylics are the first to come to mind
