BCO Technologies may be prepared to undertake your CP requirements. We only
planarise polysilicon, usually polish stopping on an LTO.
There would be an NRE and a per wafer charge.
Let me know details of your requirements. We need to have a good idea of the
features we are planarising prior to undertaking a contract . i.e. feature
size and feature spacing.
