Hi,

I am doing some research work into LCDs and am trying to find
electrical modeling data, e.g., a segment in a 7 segment STN Display.
Can anyone direct me as to where I can get the electrical model?  I
would like to simulate the behavior of the panel in SPICE.  Typical
values of the resistance and capacitances would be OK.  They don't
have to be exact.
