Hi,

I am looking for companies that manufacture etch stop eiptaxial wafers. The
etch stop layer has to be p-type because I am using EDP as the etchant which
can be stopped only by a p+ layer. The epi-layer can be anywhere from 5 to 20
microns thick.

I need the epi-wafers real soon, so any information in this regard will be
greatly appreciated. Please send me an email at [email protected]. Basically I am
looking for companies which can deliver the wafers in 7/10 days.
