The Los Angeles Sensors, Microstructures, and Actuators Working Group (SMAWG)
is back in business after a long hiatus. Prof. Kris Pister of UCLA will
organize a disorganized discussion of foundry-based MEMS. Kris is best known
for his indecently out-of-plane surface micromachined silicon structures.
