Dear MEMS Research Community !

For my Diploma Thesis I try to model the influence of pressure resp.
stress/strain on the propagation velocity  of Surface Acoustic Waves.
Therefore I need the higher order elastic coefficients of AT and ST
cut quartz.

Can anybody help out with some values or referencees where I can find
those coefficients ?
