I have not dealt with them myself (so I don't have a contact for you), but
I have seen some of their equipment in use.  The application was a circular
weld (approx 12mm).  It was being used for a MEMS product.

I'd appreciate hearing more about the direction your group is taking with
respect to MEMS.  As you can see, I'm constantly on the lookout for
emerging MEMS products.  My company - ETEC - makes test equipment for MEMS.
