I am designing a resonant microstructure and I wish to detect its' motion with
a diffused strain gauge.

In order to get an idea of the overall sensitivity of the device I need to know
what levels of strain can realistically be measured with these sensors.

If anyone has any experience or knows of references on this subject i would be
greatful. (I have calculated the gauge factor of my resistor to be about 30)
