I am currently working on the packaging attenuator chip. I would like to =
know the
-young modulus
-thermal expansion coefficient
-poisson ratio

of silicon, fiber glass, silicon oxide. Is there any change in thermal =
expansian coefficient if these material is coated by metal such as =
Chrome, and gold

Thanks.
Best regards
Hao Pham

I am currently working on the = packaging=20 attenuator chip. I would like to know the
-young modulus
-thermal = expansion=20 coefficient
-poisson ratio

of silicon,  fiber glass, silicon oxide.  = Is there=20 any change in thermal expansian coefficient if these material is coated = by metal=20 such as Chrome, and gold

Thanks.
