I read some of the conversations of the discussion group and noticed that some
of you had interest in shock testing of MEMS devices. Because of my military
application, I too have interest in shock testing of these devices.

The shock and vibration information analysis center will be holding its annual
shock and vibration symposium at the Grand Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi at the
end of October '95. At the symposium, I will be leading a MEMS discussion
