I bought the Specialty Coating Systems P6204 about 8 years ago (the company
had a different name then) and was very happy with it.  This system doesn't
have separate settings for spread and spin so I adjusted the acceleration to
allow for spreading the resist before reaching full spin speed.  These units
sell new for about half the cost of a used Soletec.
