chromel and alomel thermocouple

Hi,

I sputtered chromel and alomel thin film (thickness ~200 nm) on SiO2/Si
wafer, and annealed in air environment at 350 degree for 1 hour. The
seebeck coefficient is much lower than I expected. I also tried Pt/chromel
thermocouple, however the seebeck coefficient is also much lower than I
expected. Do you know the fabricating and annealing condition to get good
chromel and alomel thermocouple, or other metal thermocouple?

Thank You.
