Dear colleagues,
I am searching the temperature coefficient of the silicon, to
calculate the resistivity of the silicon at high temperatures.
I work on bimorph and I like to know if it is possible to do an
electro-mechanical simulation of a bimorph with Ansys.
And my last question : is it possible to weld with tin on a thin
film of Ni (about 80 microns) ?
