My name is Katrina Lindsey and I am a 3rd year student at Kansas
State University. For an Written Communication for Engineers class, I am
conducting a literature review of MEMS production processes. To complete
this report, I am needing cost estimates for some of the equipment used
in the following 3 processes:
SMM
BMM
LIGA
