Thin pyrex wafers

Dear all,

I am looking for extremely thin pyrex wafers of the
order of 40um in thickness. I have done a search and
found that the thinest commercially available pyrex
wafers to my knowledge is about 300um in thickness.

Please advise me the means to further reduce the
thickness of pyrex wafers and as to whether it is
worthwhile to do it. All help is greatly
appreciated.
