Hello,
I am working in bulk  micromachining of silicon and I need to buy 2
inches wafers, that are the only ones compatible with the machinery I
have to use for my reserch. What I need most are P-type wafers. Could
you tell me of companies that could provide these wafers in a reasonable
period of time?
