Hello Andreas,

My name is Mario Robles and I work for Tanaka Systems Inc. We represent Asahi
Diamond dicing blades and grinding wheels in the U.S.
Asahi can manufacture both metal and electroplated blades to cut the material
you have questions on.
Our website is www.dicingblades.com and it basically has pictures of the various
products we sell. You can contact Mr. Go at Asahi to find out who would be your
contact regarding Ashai blades in your area.
A standard blade used to cut your material would be as follows:
SD400L50MST-16S 56.0D 0.250T 40H
Fed Speed 1"~3"/sec
RPM 24~30K

Subject: PCB dicing blades experiences

Dear MEMS Folks,
could anyone give me an advice who supplies dicing blades (2 or 4") for
cutting blended, through hole plated PCBs (1-3 mm thickness).

Who has made good experiences (tool life, duration) with which blades?
Are there any good application informations on the web?
