Dear MEMS colleagues,

I am currently working on hot-embossing polyimide film
by Ni tool.  But when removing Ni tool away from polyimide,
some part of the polyimide tend to stick to Ni tool and
therefore, the shape of polyimide is not like the tool.

Is there anyway that I can make polyimide easily peals off
from Ni tool?
