My company is looking to purchase a CAPACITIVE micro pressure sensor for
medical applications.

The sensor's needed specifications:
1) Max size: 2 X 2 [mm].
2) Can be implanted in human or can be coated with a bio-compatible coating
(Parylene, for example).
3) Measurement range: 650 - 1400 [mbar].  (blood pressure)
4) Long term stability: better than 0.5% per year.
5) Note: only a CAPACITIVE pressure sensor.

Preferably, the device should be already manufactured,
at least with a few operational samples that can be tested,
with the possibility of production of at least 1000 units in about one year.

I will be grateful to get any information on this subject
and on other forums in which it will be helpful to post this message.
