To All MEMS Scientists/ Researchers

I am a beginner in MEMS Research. I wish to study on
Inertial (acceleration) sensor. The literature survey done
by me so far is on the various modeling techniques. I am
rather confused about which modeling technique to be used.
Can somebody also tell me whether to go for capacitive type
of sensor or Piezoresistive type of sensor.
