I am a student in Georgia Tech.
I am fabricating some MEMS structure. Is there anybody
who knows how to make SAM(Self-Assembled Monolayer) solution, or
have done this SAM coating process actually.

If you have any information related to SAM (i.e commercial SAM solution
..), then let me know.
