Robust, Air-Coupled Ultrasonic Transducers

Hello,

I am looking for information on ultrasonic transducers for use in air.
The device needs to be robust so we are looking for transducers made
with either solid piezoelectric films or relatively thick diaphragms (as
opposed to capacitive transducers with very thin diaphragms). The
transducer face can be as big as roughly 1mm in diameter and the
operating frequency should be roughly 1 MHz or higher. Thank you.
