Dear MEMS community,

We are interested in manufacturing or buying arrays of polysilicon
cantilevers.
The required dimensions in microns are: Length: 100-300; width: 30-40;
height:2-5.
Do you know of companies that can manufacture such cantilevers in a
reasonable price, or if anyone has polysilicon cantilevers he can send us,
we would be very gratefull.
