Dear Francisco,
I am not aware of polyimide PIX L110, who is the supplier?
It may be possible the we "Brewer Science" may have a material to fit your
application needs. We offer several non conductive polyimide solutions, please
provide material sepcifications required.
1. Application? What is the function of the film?
2. Does it hafve to be transparent? If so, to what degree?
3. Is there a required dielectric constant range?
4. Is there a specification for volume resistivity?
5. What electric field values must it withstand and at what frequency?
6. What is the specification for metal ions?
7. Does it have to be photodefinable or patterned? If so by what means and to
what resolution?
8. How is material to be deposited?
9. Are there any restrictions on cure time, temperature and atmosphere?
10. What is the surface on to which the material is to be deposited?
11. What will be deposited on top of the film?
12. What downstream processes are required that maybe deleterious to the film,
for example extended high temperatured bakes?
13. Are you concerned with viscosity?
14. Is there a shelf life requirement?
15. Any restrictions on allowable solvents?
16. What is the prefered package type and size?
We have several materials to choose from and depending on the answers to the
above questions, we will recommend one particular material. We do not
necessarily need everything answered to make a recommendation, however as much
information as possible would be helpful.
If we knew the specification for PIX L110 our job would be much easier, please
share this information if possible.
