More recently, I run into a discussion about MEMS micropumps regarding
with their excitation principle and the efficiency, understanding the
technology.

I have personally been working with both technologies. I have my own
experiences and obvisouly thoguhts abouth the technologies.

What I want to hear from other reserachers is which technology is
better established. If you have experience what do you prefer.

Well, if you have time please drop a line, all of the responses are most
appreciated.

Best regards.

Mehmet.
