Dear Andrew,
I know of no catalog of which you want. To me MEMS and micomachining
consists of a bunch of process techniques. These techniques can be used to
fabricate devices and microsystems to solve problems for a wide variety of
industrial and commercial applications. The options are nearly limitless.
In these best of cases the MEMS solution is both enabling and cost
effective.
There are several good tutorials cited at the MEMS ISI web site. The text
books by Kovacs (Micromachined Transducers Sourcebook) and Madou
(Fundamentals of Microfabrication) have excellent overview sections. Also,
try SENSORS magazine.

Subject: MEMS product catalogue
I am looking for a product list or product catalogue of all of the MEMS
products currently in existence.
A product catalogue or encyclopedia showing pictures of what each type of
MEMS device looks like, what it does would be great, and who to contact to
buy or for more information. Does anyone know if there is anything like
this that is already compiled?
I am trying to become familiar with MEMS products and their applications.
Regards,
Andrew J. Nielson
