Finding Nikka Seiko Wax

Greetings,

Seagate Slider Manufacturer actually is looking for a subsitute Hot Melt
Adhesive or Wax as an opportunity of improvement for our future mass
production use.
Right now we are struggle with the primitive way on mounting process, and
dismount process.

Our current Hot Melt Adhesive is like tape form, with 1.5mils thickness.
Our process use it for mounting bar on carrier, lapping the bar to the
dimension we want, then dismount the bar in 3 types of chemical, DOTP-CA,
THFA, Acetone. This dismount process created a lot of contamination issue.

Bar dimension is about 2.1" x 0.012" x 0.049"

We are looking on Hot Melt Adhesive or Wax with stronger bonding strenght,
easily melt when heated to mount bar on ceramic carrier, and easily
dismount, that mean using only one or two type of chemical.

I hope you are able to recommend some of the Hot Melt Adhesive or Wax to
me, and continue to communicate with me to find a suitable material.

I am looking forward to work with you.

Thanks,
