Using IntelliCAD

Hi, MEMS colleagues:

When I used IntelliCAD(IntelliSuite) to simulate the
electro mechanical behaviour of a membrane structure,
I encountered some problems. Is there anyone who could
give me some hints?

I wish to create some new materials for use in later
modelling and simulation. Now I can create its
properties and process parameters by using the
MEMaterial database, but I found that I could only
save this as a file in my directory, instead of being
saved into the database. In other words, I can't
access this newly created material under the menu
"material, select", and the most important is that I
also can't access it by construction module. This
makes it impossible to include this material into my
later simulation. Is there anyone who could help me?

Thank you very much!

Best regards,

Liao Ebin
