Can you use 10um ? I have some excess in P type 1-0-0 1 - 20 ohm-cm
1um BOX with 525 handle. I can reduce handle to any thickness if needed
and do the post polish and edge peel reduction as well.
Price is favorable ( I think)
I will have others with thicker device soon,and will advise of
availability.
