Readers,

  I'm looking for several pieces (<10) of high resistivity silicon which
needs to be 150 mm diameter and on the order of 10,000 ohm-cm.
I have resource listings on where to get silicon manufactured to meet
this - I'm just trying to purchase a few loose pieces to steer clear of
the minimum quantity numbers for now. If anyone knows of a small
supply that's gathering cleanroom dust somewhere, I'll put it to
good use. Thanks in advance.
