Cams in MEMS

Greetings-- and Happy New Year!

Cam is a basic mechanical element used widely at the
macro-scale machinery (e.g., for valve control in IC engines)
There have been some instances of cams in MEMS devices
(e.g., the vibromotor). I am looking for more examples.
If you know of any examples of cams used in MEMS,
particularly ones used in practical applications, please let
me know by sending e-mail to gksuresh@seas.upenn.edu.

Best regards,
Suresh
